EPIC program will automatically
enroll you in the First Health
Services Medicare discount drug
program endorsed by EPIC in NYS
First Health will
automatically send you an
EPIC/First Health card to use at
the pharmacy for both benefits
You can opt out of the auto
enrollment by contacting EPIC
directly or even enroll in
another discount card, however,
your EPIC fee will not be waived |
